An exploratory to analysis the effects of the dirrerent roles of mathca on lipid metabolism and intestinal flora regulation between normal and diabetic mice fed a high-fat diet

Fast food is becoming increasing popular as a social phenomenon, and it usually contains high fat contents. Matcha one versatile tea, its application in brings lots of new consumers. Herein, high-fat diet containing matcha was prepared, this study we investigated the effects such on lipid metabolism intestinal flora normal diabetic mice. Results showed that diabetes had significant weight loss, hyperphagia, hyperlipidemia disturbance, with particularly significantly increased Alistipes, Prevotella, Helicobacter, Acetatifactor Bacteroides, decreased Alloprevotella, Lactobacillus, Allobaculum Akkermansia. In diabetes, serum triglyceride LDL-C, HDL-C, reversed those bacteria trends besides Prevotella mice, Parabacteroides, Bacteroidales_unclassified, Erysipelotrichaceae_unclassified Barnesiella, Lachnospiraceae_unclassified, Helicobacter Clostridium XlVa. Most importantly, Porphyromonadaceae_unclassified, Allobaculum; Bacteroides Enterobacteriaceae_unclassified however these changed mice an opposite trend from diabetes. Intestinal balance vital important to host, helps improve according different character valuable addition develop functional food.
